Lovingly known by so many names (salad rocket, rucola, rucoli, rugula, colewort, roquette), this green salad leaf is a favourite for many growers. Adding just the right tang to your salad bowl with a mildly spicy or peppery hint and a nutty flavour, Arugula can also be used for pizza toppings and making pesto. A bumper crop of mature leaves can be used to make a regular 'sabzi' al-la desi cuisine.

A year-round producer, and a forgiving inhabitant of most kitchen gardens, this is a must for yours. Ready to harvest after 35-40 days. Extend your harvest by removing as many leaves as you need (ensuring you leave at least 4-5 on the plant).

Prefers sun, but shade from harsh afternoon sun. Excellent choice for containers.
