Returns and Refund Policy

What is The Seed Store's Return Policy?
The Seed Store offers a 7-day replacement guarantee for all products sold on TheSeedStore.com. Products will be replaced only in case of incorrect shipments on our part or damage due to transportation, and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal use, incidental damage or perhaps negligence on part of the customer.

Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days from the date of delivery, and contact us to request a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return please send us a photo of the damaged product or identify the error in the product shipped. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product.

The refund policy is not applicable for a change in your choice of product(s), products which have been unpacked from their individual packaging, or products not in the original packaging or damages after opening the package.
 
What is TheSeedStore.com Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by logging into your account on TheSeedStore.com, or contacting customer support.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by TheSeedStore.com.
