Petroselinum crispum

A flat leaf parsley variety that allows multiple cuttings and is great to use as a fresh seasoning. Produces large, bright green leaves on compact plants which prefer good (but not harsh) sunlight. Generally preferred to the curly-leaf varieties.

Parsley needs cool weather to germinate well, but grows well in moderate climates too.

NOTE: Parsley may take 10-15 days to germinate and is a cooler climate herb.
